There will be no public services as direct cremation was chosen by the family. Inurnment will be at a later date in Randall Cemetery.
Frances M. Dewey, 96, died Dec. 15, 2016. She was born Dec. 4, 1920 at Webster, SD to Frank & Emma Loterbauer. Married to Edmond E. Dewey in 1940 and he died Jan. 11, 2002. Survivors are her son Russell (Lyla) Dewey, Webster, SD, daughter Donna (Allan) Bartley, Formoso and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Direct cremation services were chosen with private family inurnment later in Randall Cemetery.
