    on August 26, 1942. She went to be with our Lord Saturday, August 14, 2010 while a patient at
    
     
      Hays
     
     
      Medical
     
     
      Center
     
    
    . Linda married Fred Dick Currie on May 27, 1972 and to this union a daughter Kellie was born. Linda worked with Farm Aid, for the State of
    
     
      Kansas
     
    
    while Joan Finney was Governor, and as a kennel owner/operator. She was a Girl Scout leader for 20 years, and enjoyed camping. She loved and was loved by her family, pets, and friends. She will be greatly missed! Linda will be forever remembered by her children Luanne Colhouer & Rick Haas (Holton), LaDene Currie (

Her grandchildren Garrett Currie, Jayme Painter, Amanda Goodnow, Lindsay Seichepine, Brooke Graves, Jenna Grimmett, Samantha Graves, Tyler Graves, D. J. Goodnow, William Graves; great grandson Blake Seichepine; sister Shirley (Charles) Linn (Topeka); many other relatives and a host of friends. Linda was preceded in death by her parents; by her daughter Latticia Carlson; grandson Zachary Currie; and her brother John Howard.
