Esther Lois Quigley, daughter of Ralph and Della Faye (Adams) Henninger was born December 13, 1927 at Reserve, Kansas. She passed from this life Sunday, July 21, 2013 at the Republic County Hospital in Belleville, Kansas at the age of 85 years. Lois as she was known graduated from Reserve High School with the Class of 1946. On May 31, 1950 she was united in marriage to William W. Quigley at Falls City, Nebraska. Four children were born to their marriage: Bill, Carol, Joyce, and Constance. Lois enjoyed being a homemaker, making sure the needs of her family were met. She also enjoyed sewing and gardening. Lois was a member of the Central Christian Church which was an important part of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents and several siblings. She will be forever remembered by her husband William Quigley of their home; son Bill and wife Judy, Salina; daughters Carol Calkins and husband Brian, Milford, Joyce Allen and husband Ernie, Craig, Colorado, and Constance Quigley friend Rick Colaluca, Driftwood, TX; grandchildren Nikolas Quigley, Noah & Caleb Miller, Jordanna Duncan, Garrett & Gabriel Miller, Hope Bettes, and Shannon Brenneisen; eleven great grandchildren; sister Louise Heiniger, Fairview, Kansas; other relatives and friends.
