Mark Bounds

Mark Allen Bounds was born on April 30, 1957, in San Diego, California, the son of Wade Francis and Anita (Hoffman) Bounds. He graduated from Mt. Vernon, Arizona high school, class of 1976.

Mark worked at Hoge Crete as a ready mix operator and driver. Prior to working in the concrete and construction industry, Mark was an over the road semi truck driver.

In his spare time, Mark enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle, and recently started getting into boating. He was a member of the American Legion riders motorcycle club. Mark was a family man, and was well liked by everyone.

Mark passed away on December 17, 2020, in Lincoln, Nebraska, at the age of 63 years, 7 months and 17 days.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Dan Bounds. He will be forever remembered by his partner Annette Johnson, her daughters Kathy Davison (Mike Shielke) and their children, Kaylee, Matrica, Courtney and Cain of Kearney, Nebraska, and daughter Holly Romine (Scott) of Lincoln, Nebraska. Mark will also be missed by his faithful companion Otis, his Bassett Hound.

Cremation services were chosen, a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Memorials are requested to the Belleville Public Library, and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
