Pauline Marie Vishnefske, 78 years of age, Belleville, died October 12, 2012 at Belleville Health Care Center. She was born December 7, 1933 on the family farm in Cloud County, Kansas, the daughter Paul and Laurette (Dandurand) Bachand. Pauline graduated from Clyde High School with the class of 1952. Following her education, she moved to Concordia and worked at Montgomery Wards department store. On April 21, 1956 was united in marriage to John Arden Vishnefske in St Joesph, KS. To this union 5 children were born; Mark, Myron, Sharon, Jan, and Tina.   Johnie and Pauline were lifetime farmers in Republic County until their retirement in 1991 at which time they moved to Belleville, Kansas. Pauline was a devoted farm wife and homemaker. Later, after the children were grown, she worked for 7 years at Johnson Monument in Belleville. In 1993, she started working at the Belleville Travel Center where she was currently employed at the time of her death. Pauline enjoyed sewing and embroidering, as well as making crafts. She was active in several card clubs. Pauline loved cooking and baking for her family and others. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 2 brothers; Fr. Louis Bachand and Larry Bachand; 1 sister, Elaine Budke; sister-in-law Delores Dunback and one brother-in-law Dean Dunback. She leaves to mourn three sons, Mark Vishnefske and his wife Patty of Mulvane, KS; Myron Vishnefske of Inavale, NE; Jan Vishnefske of Belleville; and two daughters, Sharon Fuentes and her husband Eric of Holdrege, NE; Tina Haefke and her husband Mark of Holton, KS. Fourteen grandchildren; Sr. Dara of Paris, France; John Vishnefske of Ft. Lewis, Washington; Michelle Vishnefske of Wichita; Karen, Paul, Elizabeth, and Andrew Vishnefske of Mulvane; Chrissa Bridgmon and her husband Richard of Fairbury, NE, Andrea Vishnefske of Lincoln, NE; Monica Mueller and her husband Bryan of Kearney, NE, Mario Fuentes of Tempe, AZ; Brandon, Ryan and Nathan Haefke of Holton; four great grandchildren; one brother, Raymond Bachand and his wife Eleanor of Clyde; one brother-in-law Frank Budke of Kansas City, MO and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
