Wayne Howard

Wayne R. Howard was born September 4, 1956 at Asheville, North Carolina the son of Joseph and Georgia (Ingle) Howard.  He died unexpectedly Saturday, December 7, 2013 at his home in Belleville, Kansas. He moved to Belleville several years ago. He worked for a newspaper publishing company. Survivors include his brother Forrest Howard and sister Sharon Howard.  Family chose immediate cremation services with no local services being planned. Family inurnment will take place in North Carolina.
